Tea
1. the dried and prepared leaves of a shrub, Camellia sinensis, from which a somewhat bitter, aromatic beverage is prepared by infusion in hot water.
2. the shrub itself, extensively cultivated in China, Japan, India, etc., and having fragrant white flowers.
3. the beverage so prepared, served hot or iced.

Having been influenced by the English way of life while living in England, PG tips would be my preferred choice of teas. But here in Canada, it isn't easily available. At least I haven't found it nor am I convinced that it wold be the same as that found in England. We do have Tetley however and that's about as close as I can get.
